Jason Buzi of San Francisco, California has been investing in real estate for only three years. He had no money when he started out, but has earned over $100,000 in a single month wholesaling properties, using none of his own money or credit.. He did this by speaking to investors, and finding out what kind of properties they were interested in. Then he went out and found them! He has put together deals on pre-foreclosures, homes listed with an agent, and FSBO's. He has also invested in land throughout California, and bought and sold properties at auctions.
